The emotional story of Jimmy Thomas, a gay rodeo star well past his prime. Jimmy is about to hit rock bottom when he receives an emergency call from his family alerting him that his father is in the hospital. Jimmy decides to head home with his trusty best friend, his horse Emmylou. While on the road he must confront the mistakes of his past, the monsters of his present, and come to terms with his life and future.
